The Mission of 1752 Club Scholarship is to recognize the children and grandchildren of PIA member agents and promote higher education opportunities.
The Vision of 1752 Club Scholarship is to see the next generation pursuing academic excellence and reaching their goals of continuing education as they prepare for their college experience.
The Purpose of the 1752 Club Scholarship is to provide scholarships to deserving high school graduating seniors and current college students who are children and/or grandchildren of PIA members, pursuing or intending to pursue a course of study at a secondary education institution.
NOTE: Scholarship funds will be awarded to the student upon evidence of registration in a higher education institution.
Criteria and eligibility
- Applicants must be a child or grandchild of a PIA member.
- Applicants must be a graduating high school senior in the year of the award or currently enrolled in a two- or four-year undergrad program.
- Applicant must have at least a 2.0 grade point average (or a “C” average).
- Applicants should demonstrate community involvement, improvement in academics, and desires to attend college.
- Scholarship benefits awarded must be utilized in the year awarded.
- Only one scholarship will be awarded per family.
The number of scholarships and the monetary value of each, awarded in any given year, will be based on the amount of contributions received.
General Instructions
- The scholarship application will appear on the North Dakota PIA website on or about March 1st of any given year. The deadline for completed applications this year will be two (2) days before the convention, May 1st.
- Type and/or print legibly. Illegible applications will not be considered.
- Winners will be announced at the PIA Convention Banquet on Monday night. The sponsoring agent (parents or grandparents) must be present for their sponsored student to win. If the sponsoring agent (parent or grandparent) is not physically present at banquet the scholarship will not be awarded to the selected applicant.

Applicants must submit the following items:
- Completed application form (if handwritten, please print legibly)
- Application must be received by the due date to be considered.
