PIAKY Agent Exchange
The PIAKY Agent Exchange is available exclusively to PIA Kentucky members in good standing. For agency owners who have spent years navigating critical decisions alone, it is a direct answer to the question that rarely gets asked out loud: who is in your corner?
PIA Kentucky recognized this need among its members and took action through the PIAKY Agent Exchange . This member benefit provides a structured peer group program built exclusively for PIA Kentucky members, bringing together agency owners from across the state in geographically distributed groups of eight to ten, facilitated by an experienced professional with deep roots in the independent insurance industry.
Members meet virtually each month for structured peer sessions covering accountability, best practices, and growth strategy, with access to their group between meetings for real-time problem-solving. Once a year, the full group convenes in person for strategic planning and year-end review. The program also provides access to preferred vendor relationships negotiated on behalf of the group.
