Culture isn’t just a buzzword, it shapes how an agency performs, retains talent, navigates change and grows. And while there’s no single formula for building a strong culture, there’s a lot agency leaders can learn from one another.

This panel brings together leaders from agencies of different sizes, structures, and areas of focus to share what’s working inside their organizations. They’ll talk about how they build accountability and engagement, communicate across teams, respond to changing employee expectations, and maintain connection across offices and hybrid work environments.

The conversation will also explore what happens when culture is put to the test, from implementing new technology and AI to navigating acquisitions, leadership changes, and other periods of disruption.

Attendees will hear practical ideas, lessons learned and approaches they can take back to their own agencies, whether they lead a small team or a large, complex organization.
