61st Annual PIA Convention Trade Show: 

Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center- Bismarck, North Dakota

May 3rd, 2026
Trade Fair will run from 10:00 a.m.-Noon and 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Set up will begin at 8:00 a.m.

As a New Vision Sponsor, you will receive a Complimentary Booth- Includes 1 draped 8-foot table, Piped & Draped 8'x10' booth and full convention registration for the following levels. 

Bronze Sponsorship: 1 full registration
Silver Sponsorship: 2 full registrations
Gold Sponsorship: 3 full registrations 
Platinum Sponsorship: 4 full registrations

Room Rate: $119 a night (Single or Double), to make reservations call (701)258-7700

Registration Fee: $250 for any additional registrations- please fill out regular registration form and TF form for them.
