Register Here!! For the 2026 PIA Annual Leadership Conference & Advocacy Day, scheduled for September 13-16 at the Westin Alexandria Old Town, located at 400 Courthouse Square in Alexandria, Virginia.

PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to attend Advocacy Day only, please do not select any other sessions. If you are not attending Advocacy Day, please ensure that you do not select it as one of your sessions. 

Registration Fees:

• $275 per person for the Leadership Conference only
• $200 per person for Advocacy Day only
• $325 EARLY BIRD per person for BOTH the Leadership Conference & Advocacy Day now till 08/31/2026
• $375 per person for BOTH the Leadership Conference & Advocacy Day - AFTER 08/31/2026

Please note the following:

• The deadline to book your hotel stay is Friday, August 14, for both the meeting and hotel reservations. We encourage you to register for both ASAP
• These are "IN-PERSON" meetings.
• Please indicate your position within the association at the beginning of the registration process.
• Also, please indicate any dietary restrictions you may have at the beginning of the registration process.
• Some sessions are for board or committee members only. Once you click "Register to Attend," you will see only the sessions you can attend.
